Lloyd Connell was born in Cody's on June 27, 1918, he was the son of the late Charles and Bertha (Bernard) Connell. Lloyd served overseas in England, France, Belgium, Holland and Germany, during WWII in the Canadian Army. Mr. Lloyd William Connell of Codys, NB, passed away at the Sussex Health Centre on January 11, 2000 at the age of 81. Lloyd will be remembered by a brother; Cedric and his wife Doris of Cody's; two sisters; Gladys Pierce of Sussex, Lily Owens of Sussex; also by several nieces and nephews. Lloyd was predeceased by four brothers; Vernon, Harold, Gordon and Arnold and by a sister, Helen. The family will receive relatives and friends at Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176) on Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 pm. A service celebrating Lloyd William's life will be held from Wallace Memorial Chapel on Friday, January 14, 2000 at 2:00 pm.
