Obituary of Evelyn Raymond

It is with sadness, we announce the passing of Evelyn Louise Raymond who died peacefully at the Sussex Health Centre, on Sunday, April 25, 2021. She was born in Millstream, NB on January 19, 1942, a daughter of the late Vernon and Helen (Craft) Belding and wife of the late Ernest W. Raymond.

Evelyn is survived by her daughters: Helen (Edward) Perry of Kierstead Mountain, NB, Louise (Jack) Parlee of Apohaqui, NB, Wanda Lea (Jeff) Martin of Hampton, NB; sons: Roy (Natalie) Raymond of Salisbury, NB, John Raymond (Brandy McGibbon) of Sussex, NB; grandchildren: Tamara Dawn, Brandon, Kayla, Preston, Brittany, Morganne, Krista, Travis, Kaitlyn, Brock, Bradie, Zachary, Jillian, Hilary, Cassidy; numerous great-grandchildren; brothers: Daryl Belding (Elsie Dyer), Calvin (Kathy) Belding, Arnold Belding (Rona Craig), Michael (Alma) Belding, Malcolm (Brenda) Belding; sister Brenda (David) Gillespie; brother-in-law Arthur (Laurine) Raymond; sister-in-law Laura Raymond; as well as several nieces and nephews.  Besides her parents and husband Ernest, Evelyn was predeceased by her brother Douglas Belding; sister Verna DeLong; infant sister Leona and infant brothers Reginald and Gerald.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex (506-433-1176) from where visitation will be held on Saturday, May 1, 2021 from 1 to 4pm.  Due to COVID restrictions, the funeral service will be held privately on Sunday, May 2, 2021 at 2:00pm, from Wallace Community Chapel, however you can view the service through the following link: https://livestream.com/accounts/12493326/events/9644727.
