Obituary of Greta Munroe

Mrs. Greta Mae Munroe of Dutch Valley, NB, passed away at Sussex Health Centre on May 26, 2005 at the age of 83. Greta was born in Salmon Creek NB on March 19, 1922. She was the daughter of the late Frank and Blanche (Smith) Kincade and the beloved wife of the late Clarence Munroe who passed away in 1999. Greta enjoyed playing cards and senior bowling. Greta is survived by her daughter, Marilyn Alward and her husband Robert of Anagance, 3 sons; Delbert and his wife Joyce of Fundy Park Road, Darrel and his wife Ann of Sussex Corner, Archie and his wife Gladys of Colina Road, 3 sisters; Thelma Stilwell and her husband Gordie of Union Settlement, Eula Ford and her husband Grandville of Belleisle Creek, Olive Green and her husband Murray of Apohaqui, her sister-in-law, Eileen Kincade of Cambridge Narrows, 13 grandchildren; Tammy , Barkley, Michael, Angela, Shaun, Pam, Robbie, Marshall, Tabatha, Grant, Louise, Ivan, Carl, 10 great grandchildren; Jenna, Alexandra, Lee, Dana, Cail, Rebecca, Justin, Ben, Zach, Marleyas well as several nieces and nephews. Greta was predeceased by her son, Leonard, 4 sisters; Stella Desruisseau, Muriel Munroe, Levina Lapointe, Virgina Clements and 2 brothers, Sears and Lennie Kincade and by her grand daughter Elizabeth. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176), with visitation on Friday 2-4 & 7-9 pm. The Funeral Service will be held from Wallace Memorial Chapel on Saturday, May 28, 2005 at 2:00 pm with Rev. Gene Fisher officiating, followed by the interment in Kirk Hill Cemetery.
