Obituary of Adelaide Daw

Mrs. Adelaide 'Addie' Daw, of Leo Avenue, Sussex, passed away suddenly at the Centenary Health Centre in West Hill, Ontario, on April 29, 2002. Addie was born in Poodiac, NB on August 7, 1932 and the daughter of the late Harley and Molly (Meehan) Mallory. She was the beloved wife of the late William Daw who passed away in 1996. Addie is the loving mother of Larry Daw and his wife Andrea of Scarborough, Ont., and William 'Billy' Mallory of Hamilton, Ont. Addie will be greatly missed by her brothers, Bobby of Hammondvale, Harland Jr. 'Bunny' of Sussex, Andrew and his wife Cathy of Poodiac and William of Hamilton, Ont., and her sisters, Nettie Straight and her husband Jim of Saint John, Josephine O'Neill of Sussex, Doreen Mallory of Moncton, Barb Pettigrew of Bahamas and Terry Mallory of Penobsquis. She will also be fondly remembered by all her nieces and nephews. Addie was predeceased by 3 brothers Otty, Lester, Larry and her sister Linda Hughes. Addie was a long time employee of Air Canada and had a great love for her family and friends. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176), where the family will be receiving relatives and friends on Monday 2-4, 7-9. The Funeral Service will be held from Wallace Memorial Chapel on Tuesday May 7, 2002 at 2:00 pm. Interment at Trinity Cemetery.
