Obituary of Frank Alexander McMillan

 

Mr. Frank Alexander McMillan was born on February 4, 1922 in Head of Millstream, he was the son of the late Joseph and Kathryn (Flewelling) McMillan.

 

Frank was a retired woods contractor. He was also a decorated veteran who served over seas with the RCA in the 13th field regiment 3rd Canadian division.
 

He will live on in the hearts of his daughters: Linda McMillan of Toronto, Cheryl McMillan of Winnipeg, MB and Lori Dearman and her husband Chuck of Sussex Corner; his sons: Michael and his wife Faith of the Head of Millstream and Jim and his wife Eleanor of Winnipeg; his brother, Bert and his wife Peggy of Sussex Corner; his sisters: June McMillan of Burlington, Rosie Brown of Snider Mtn., Pearl Curry and her husband Bill of Oakville,  Ont., Miriam Haines of Hampton and Elspeth "Ep" Jones and her husband Fred of Montague, PEI; 8 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

 

Mr. Frank Alexander McMillan of Head Of Millstream, passed away at the Sussex Health Center on November 21, 1993 at the age of 71.

 

He is predeceased by his loving wife, Dorothie who passed away in 1988 and by his brothers: Harry and Mike.

 

Arrangements have been entrusted to the compassionate care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176).  

A service celebrating Frank's life will be held from Head of Millstream United Baptist Church on Wednesday, November 24, 1993 at 10:00am.
