The death of Elizabeth Florence Baskin of Sussex occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on March 2, 2008 at the age of 78. Born in Sussex a daughter of the late Hedley and Sarah (Robinson) Cameron. She is survived by daughters; Carol Brown (David) of Urney, Cheryl MacAulay (Paul) of Miramichi and Gloria Shay (Alfred) of Knightville, son Charles of Ontario, grandchildren Amy and Matthew MacAulay, Kristin and Kevin Shay and Dwight Brown and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by grandson Trevor Shay, her longtime companion Gordon Mabee and sisters; Doris Flannigan, Stella Burgess, Joyce Chabadeau and Marg DeVine. The family will receive visitors at the Sussex Select Community Funeral Home, 21 Aiton Road Sussex (506-433-2133) on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9PM. The funeral service will be held at Trinity Anglican Church on Thursday March 6, 2008 at 2:00PM with The Venerable David Barrett officiating. Interment at Upper Springfield Cemetery. Donations made to the Kiwanis Nursing Home or the charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated.
