The death of Helen Catherine Dorothy Hayward of Norton, and formerly of Saint John, occurred at her residence on May 21, 2007 at the age of 85. Born at Saint John, she was the daughter of the late Lloyd and Blanche (Purtill) Hayward. She is survived by her brother, Brother Kenneth Hayward of Indiana, two nieces, three nephews and several cousins. Helen was predeceased by her brother Donald Hayward. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, Norton, Thursday, May 24 at 3 PM. Interment will take place at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Saint John, Friday at 10 AM.
