Obituary of June LeBlanc

June LeBlanc was born on June 1, 1934; she was the daughter of Garfield and Annie (Monteith) Noftell. June was born and brought up in Saint John, where she was a former employee of Macavities, she and her mother also sold baking at the Saint John Market. She was the oldest of seven children. In the late 70's, June and Laurie left Willow Grove and bought a farm in Anagance Ridge, where they raised their daughters until they graduated from high school. They later moved to Whites Settlement near Cocagne and then to Sussex. June was a great mom and grandmother. She was a very independent and hard working lady who always had a smile and loved to sing and dance. She passed her love of music on to her daughters and grandchildren and when they were young she taught them to jive and play the spoons. June was an amazing cook and always started from scratch, she didn't believe in anything processed.
