Obituary of Gus Miller

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Augustus Ambrose Miller announce his passing at the Sussex Health Centre on September 7, 2023 at the age of 75.

Born in Head of Millstream on August 8, 1948; he was the son of the late Ambrose and Barbara (McMillan) Miller.

He will live on in the hearts of his loving wife, Charlene; his children: Bradley Miller and his wife Jennifer of Head of Millstream and Victoria Miller of Vancouver, BC; his siblings: Bill Miller and his wife Darlene of Bloomfield, David Miller and his wife Sharon of Moosehorn Creek, Stephen Miller and his wife Louise of Norton, Terry Miller and his wife Denise of Head of Millstream, Marie Mason and her husband Russell of Head of Millstream, Dianne Cummings of London, ON, Debbie Chaddick and her husband Don of Gidding, TX and Karen Barton and her husband Bruce of Coles Island; his sisters-in-law, Heather Miller of Head of Millstream and Sheila Benford of Ontario; his grandchildren: Tyson Darling, Brieah Miller, Hope Miller and David Tuazon; as well as several nieces, nephews and extended family members.

Along with his parents, he is predeceased by his brothers: Earl Miller and Jim Miller; his sister, Judy Miller; his brothers-in-law: Allen Benford and Ray and by his nephew, Andrew Cummings.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, NB (506-433-1176) from where visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 12, 2023 from 12-2pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be immediately following at St. Francis Xavier Roman Catholic Church.
